The Topics tab shows what learners talk to the AI agents about, grouped into topics the platform identifies automatically, and how they rate the answers.

#### Conversations
A chart of conversations over time.

#### Average Rating
The average rating users gave the agents' responses, out of 5.

#### Topics Details
A ranked list of topics by volume.

## How to Use

#### Step 1: See what people ask
Read **Topics Details** to find the subjects that come up most.

#### Step 2: Act on it
Turn frequent topics into course content, or give the agents better material on them. Open [Transcripts](transcripts.md) filtered to a topic to read the conversations.
