## Description

Surveys allow Agentic OS to politely ask for your feedback at the right moment during a conversation—without interrupting your learning. Based on simple rules set by your administrator (for example, after a few messages or during a later chat session), the agent shares a one-time survey link so you can help improve the experience.

#### Smart Timing
Surveys appear only after specific conditions are met (e.g., after 5 messages or during your 3rd chat session).

#### Non-Interruptive Delivery
The agent continues answering your question and adds the survey link at the end of a message, so your flow isn’t disrupted.

#### One-Time Prompt
Each survey link is shown only once per user—no repeated reminders.

#### Optional Participation
You can complete the survey, reply “done”, or “skip”. Either way, the agent won’t ask again.

#### Context-Aware Feedback
Because the prompt is triggered after real interaction, your feedback reflects an authentic experience.

## How to Use (step by step)

#### 1. Chat with Your Agent
Start a normal conversation and ask questions as usual. You may also click guided prompts to continue.

#### 2. Reach the Survey Trigger
After a certain number of messages or sessions (set by your administrator), the survey rule activates automatically.

#### 3. Receive the Survey Link
The agent responds to your current question and then adds a short note like:

> “If you have a moment, I’d appreciate your feedback.”

A clickable survey link appears at the end of the message.

#### 4. Choose What to Do
- Click the link and complete the survey, **or**
- Reply **“done”** if you’ve completed it elsewhere, **or**
- Reply **“skip”** if you don’t want to participate.

#### 5. Continue Learning
No matter what you choose, the agent will not show the survey again and the conversation continues normally.
