You load a fixed amount and that's the ceiling — agents pause when it's spent, and auto-recharge is opt-in. No per-seat fees, no usage bill that balloons after the invoice is already sent. - **You set the cap** — Load $50 or $5,000. Will costs spike on us?** No. Self-serve runs on rechargeable credits — a hard ceiling you set. Enterprise engagements are one-time and fixed once we scope them; the only recurring cost afterward is your own LLM tokens and infrastructure. **Is the enterprise fee a recurring subscription?** Pilots and Integration & Deployment are one-time engagements, not subscriptions. Codebase transfer is a one-time fee plus a perpetual license. Ongoing support is optional and scoped separately — never mandatory. **What happens when our credits run out?** Agents pause until you recharge — nothing auto-charges unless you explicitly turn on auto-recharge. This is the opposite of per-seat SaaS, where the bill grows with every new login whether they use it or not. **Do we really own the code?** With codebase transfer, yes — you get the full source under a perpetual license and self-host the entire stack. No vendor lock-in, and you can run any LLM.
