We're sorry to see you go, and we're sorry if anything about your experience fell short. There's no form to fill out and no demo to sit through — just send our team a quick note and we'll personally take care of deleting your account and your data. We'd also genuinely welcome the chance to hear what we could have done better.

## Request account deletion

Choose your app and enter the email address tied to your account. We'll open a pre-filled message to our support team — just hit send and we'll handle the rest.

- **App**: Select your app — ibl.ai, Agentic OS, Agentic LMS, Agentic Video, Agentic Content, or Agentic Credentials.
- **Account email address**: Use the same email address you sign in with so we can locate your account.
- **Email support to delete my account**: Opens a pre-filled message to support@iblai.zendesk.com.

To request deletion directly, email **support@iblai.zendesk.com** with a subject line that asks to delete your account and includes your account email address.

This deletion request applies to accounts created with ibl.ai (the developer of the app you select). Reach out any time — a real person on our team will follow up.

## Data we delete

Your username, email address, and profile information are permanently deleted.

## Data we may keep

Records we are legally required to retain — such as billing, tax, and security logs — are kept for up to 90 days in backups, then purged. We never use them for any other purpose.

## How account deletion works

1. **Send your request** — Pick your app, add your account email, and email support@iblai.zendesk.com using the button on the page.
2. **We verify it's you** — Our team confirms the request comes from the account owner so no one else can delete your data.
3. **Your data is deleted** — We delete your account and personal data within 30 days and email you to confirm it's done.

## Frequently Asked Questions

**Is account deletion permanent?**
Yes. Once deleted, your account and personal data cannot be recovered. If you think you may return, consider exporting your data first.

**How long does it take?**
We reply within one business day and complete deletion within 30 days. Backup copies are fully purged within 90 days.

**Can I delete only some of my data?**
Yes. If you'd like to remove specific data without closing your account, just say so in your email and our team will help.

**Which apps does this cover?**
Any app published by ibl.ai, including ibl.ai, Agentic OS, Agentic LMS, Agentic Video, Agentic Content, and Agentic Credentials. Select your app in the request form.

**Will this cancel my subscription?**
Deleting your account ends any active subscription. Mention billing questions in your email and we'll make sure everything is settled.
