The firms achieving the highest AI adoption rates in financial services aren't the ones with the most aggressive technology strategies. They're the ones that gave their compliance officers tools worth trusting.

The Adoption Metric That Matters

Stop measuring adoption by logins and start measuring it by regulatory confidence. The question isn't "how many people used the AI tool this month?" The question is "can the firm explain every AI-assisted decision to its regulators?"

When the answer is yes, adoption takes care of itself. When the answer is no, no amount of training, incentives, or executive mandates will change the numbers.

Financial services professionals aren't resistant to AI. They're resistant to unauditable AI. Solve for auditability, and adoption follows.
