3. Use of ibl.ai

3.2. You may not use ibl.ai in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the operation of the application or interfere with any other party's use of ibl.ai.

4. Third-Party Services and Infrastructure

4.1. ibl.ai may utilize third-party cloud infrastructure providers (including but not limited to Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) to host, process, and store data.

4.2. ibl.ai integrates with third-party AI and large language model (LLM) providers (including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Mistral, and others) to power AI features. Your use of AI-powered features may involve the transmission of data to these providers for processing.

4.3. We select third-party providers that maintain appropriate security and privacy standards. However, your use of ibl.ai is also subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of these third-party providers where applicable.

4.4. For on-premise deployments, your organization controls which third-party services and infrastructure are used. ibl.ai supports self-hosted AI models and private infrastructure configurations to meet your organization's security and compliance requirements.

5. AI-Generated Content

5.1. ibl.ai uses artificial intelligence to generate content, recommendations, and responses. AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or current. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it.

5.2. ibl.ai does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose. AI outputs should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

6. Data Ownership

6.1. You retain ownership of all data, content, and materials you provide to or create using ibl.ai ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data.

6.2. You grant ibl.ai a limited license to process Your Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services to you.

6.3. We do not use Your Data to train third-party AI models unless you explicitly opt in. For on-premise deployments, Your Data remains entirely within your own infrastructure.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. The content and materials available on ibl.ai, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of ibl.ai or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7.2. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or otherwise use any content or materials from ibl.ai without the express written permission of ibl.ai.

8. Privacy

8.1. Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information about you when you use ibl.ai.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

9.1. ibl.ai is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that ibl.ai will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.
