Build the AI operating system organizations own

ibl.ai is a family-owned company operated from New York, NY. Our platform is model-agnostic — run any LLM (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Llama, Cohere) — and gives customers full source-code and data ownership.

We're hiring engineers who build on our open-source toolkits and ship to web, desktop, and mobile.

Open roles

What you would work on

Our engineering work sits in the open. The Agentic OS platform, the vibe application toolkit, the agent configuration library, and the infrastructure CLI are all public repositories you can read before you apply.

Day to day that means building agent-powered product surfaces in Next.js and React, packaging them for web, desktop, and mobile with Tauri, and wiring them to the platform API through SSO, OAuth, and JWT. Some of the work is infrastructure: provisioning customer deployments across cloud, private VPC, on-premise, and air-gapped environments.

How we are different

We are family-owned and operated from New York, NY — not venture-controlled, and not foreign-owned. That shapes the engineering: we optimize for customers who keep the software for a decade, not for a growth curve.

The product is model-agnostic by design, so you will work across Claude, GPT, Gemini, Llama, and Command rather than building against one vendor's assumptions. And because customers receive the full source code, the code you write is read by the people who run it. That raises the bar on clarity and documentation in a way most hosted products never demand.

How to apply

Open a role above to read the full description and requirements, then follow the application instructions on that page. Pointing us at code you have shipped — a repository, a live app, or a contribution to one of our open-source toolkits — tells us more than a résumé does.

All openings are posted on our LinkedIn page.
