  • Module 1 is where this course succeeds or fails. Scheduling constraints live in one person's head and automation built without extracting them produces double-bookings within a week.
  • The concurrent booking test in Module 4 must be real. Race conditions between phone and web booking are the most common failure and they only appear under simultaneous load.
  • Module 7's deposit material must acknowledge the trade-off honestly. Deposits cut no-shows and also cut bookings, and the right answer varies by business.
  • Do not require a specific calendar product. Small businesses use everything, and a single-integration course excludes most of the audience.
