Analytics: Monetization

Overview

The Monetization tab reports on paid access: revenue, sales, subscribers, and the paywalls you have set up on agents and courses. It appears when your organization sells access and you have selling permission. Paywalls are configured from Monetization in the sidebar footer; see Organization Settings.

Target Audience

Features

Revenue cards

Total Revenue, Total Sales, Active Paywalls, and Total Subscribers.

Charts

Subscribers by Status and Paywalls by Type.

Subscribers

A table of User, Item, Type, Plan, Amount, Subscribed, and Status, filterable by All, Active, Trialing, Canceled, or Past Due.

Configured Paywalls

Each paywall with its prices and whether it is Active or Disabled, filterable by Agent or Course.

How to Use

Step 1: Check revenue

Read the cards for totals.

Step 2: Follow up on subscribers

Filter Subscribers to Past Due to find payments that need attention.
