Description
The WebâŻSearch tool equips an agent with live internet access, allowing it to pull the most current information availableâstock prices, breaking news, fresh research, policy deadlines, and moreâdirectly into the chat. Administrators enable the tool from the agentâs Tools tab; learners then ask openâended queries and receive upâtoâdate answers without leaving the platform.

How to Use (step by step)
Open the Tools Tab
- Click the agentâs name in the header
- From the dropâdown, select Tools
Review Default Tools
- WebâŻSearch â live internet queries (ON by default)
- MCP â connects to MCP server endpoints (ON by default)
- Toggle additional tools on or off as needed
Enable or Disable WebâŻSearch
- Flip the switch next to WebâŻSearch
- Changes take effect immediately for that agent

- âSearch the web for current stock prices of Nvidia.â â Returns latest price (e.g., as of 25âŻJune)
- âWhat are the latest AI tools released this month?â â Lists recent AI releases
- âWho is the current president of Mexico?â â Provides the current leader
